This is an old Kurdish tribal pendant. The color is brass and a metal mix. The centerpiece is amber or Carnelian stone - old glass. These authentic antique pendants are getting harder to find due to difficulties of imports from the mountaineous Kurdish geography. Has a large loop at the top, ready to hang on fine chain or cord. 1 3/4 inches tall. Handmade, quite old. Apx 10th Century - Marwani or some later Ayoubi Dynasty! (Hoop to hang on necklace about 5-6mm wide.)
