Hand woven rug horse nose and neck sumac kilim band from Kurdish tribe of Eastern Kurdistan ("NW Persia"). It is 100% intact, hand woven rug with corner metal loops. Oone part sits on the nose of the horse and the other part at the back of the neck. It is sumac kilim. Size:- shorter part 16", longer part 24", band is 2.5" deep/wide. Cc late 1960's
